About Red Dish Culinary School, Gbagada.

From a small kitchen in a remote area in Lagos to two standard city locations in Nigeria.



Established in 2013 from the mind of a young man with a passion for food, Red Dish Chronicles was born.



The name was coined from his constant use of Red themed cutlery and dishes, and the journey from start point till official flag off.



The Red Dish Chronicles Culinary school is the number one culinary school in Nigeria, seeking to groom, teach and equip individuals with the skills needed to create, replicate and re-vamp the finest cuisine from around the globe.

Our goal is to motivate our students to cross boundaries of traditional methods and explore modern and creative procedures to cuisine as a whole.

At RDC, we help build kitchens to your specification and desire. We have built standard and customized kitchens for clients across Nigeria.
CULINARY SERVICES
We offer culinary services that range from Food Truck services, Live Team Cooking ,Group competitions to Team Building exercises.

Abiola Akanji alias "Chef Stone" is the CEO/Head Chef of Red Dish Chronicles Culinary School.

He studied in London and took on professional training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, and he has a passion for empowering youth.


Abdulrazaq Taslimat

Designation: General Manager
Taslimat Abdulrazaq alias Chef Tessy is the General Manager of Red Dish Chronicles. She holds a BSc in Psychology and specializes in both continental and baking cuisines.


Adedeji Muyiwa

Designation: Director
Muyiwa Adedeji is the Partner and Director of Red Dish Chronicles.

An Engineering graduate of Unilag, he has an avid passion for business.


Damilola Amusa

Designation: Communications Manager
Damilola Amusa alias Chef Didi is the Communications Manager of Red Dish Chronicles.

She has a passion for the digital media and communications space and has skills in photography and videography.


Zara Mustapha

Designation: Executive Chef
Zara Mustapha alias Chef Zeelicioussss is the Executive Chef at the Abuja branch of Red Dish Chronicles. She completed her culinary education in the United Kingdom and a first degree is Journalism.


Maryam Suleiman

Designation: Manager
As Manager to Chef Stone, Maryam Suleiman oversees the circadian activities of Chef Stone while also motivating staff and keeping employee relations civil and friendly. She's obsessed with Customer service relations and Conflict resolution.
